Eden Valley Riesling – Six Pack

Eden Valley is true to region as expected but with less perceived acidity as we do focus on the drinkability on release of both wines. We want this to represent the whole region of Eden Valley and not have the nuances of each vineyard that this wine is made from represented. 

The wines express aromatics of Rosewater, apple blossom and the distinct minerality with Lime citrus dominating as would be expected from the region. There is some generosity shown for Eden Valley here but with the slate minerality being the key focus with the subtle bouquet of fruit and florals supporting crisp finish.
